Can I change my order?

All orders are final and cannot be updated. A new order has to be created, for you to change your order. Kindly email us at orders@polierpearls.com if you need assistance in cancelling your orders. 

When will I receive my Polier Jewelry?

As soon as you order a product online we initiate the delivery process immediately. As we ship internationally, delivery can take 7-12 business days. 

Does Polier Pearls ship internationally?

Yes. We are proud to say that we ship our products anywhere you live. 

How much does shipping cost?

We currently ship to Switzerland and Singapore for a reduced cost of USD 10. The rest of the world shipping costs will be a flat fee of USD 15.  

What are the payment option?

We accept payment through Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Cryptocurrency. If you have any questions do not hesitate to write us on orders@polierpearls.com. 

What are your policies on returns and exchanges?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition purchased from Polier Pearls can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for an item equivalent or less than the purchase amount.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Polier Pearls does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
